High Style in House and Garden

Australia’s House and Garden recently profiled this luxurious St Peters Penthouse Project by Progressive Plans Building Design in their magazine’s July edition. Featuring artwork by SIBU artists, Eva Frengstad and Anna Curnuck amongst a range of furniture and homeware brands such as Coco Republic and Dinosaur Designs.

The Sydney apartment features 553-square-metres of open plan living, expansive balconies, private rooftop terrace and pool with views out to Botany Bay

“I wanted to create a sense of originality you wouldn’t normally find in an apartment,” homeowner Jordan says. “I entertain a lot and wanted to enhance that lifestyle with open-plan living spaces that morph into garden balconies.”

Finished with timber beading and textural Japan Black stain, the design feature anchors the warm engineered oak flooring and walls. The outcome is precisely the ‘dark, moody and masculine’ scheme that Jordan was looking for.
